Minimum Water Rate Decreased

In our thrust to achieve better quality living in Summerville Subdivision, we are happy to announce the following:

1. The water minimum rate (0-10 cubic meters) will be decreased from Php160 to Php130 effective February 1, 2012 reading;


2. The schedule of our next general assembly will be on April 1 (Sunday), 4:00 in the afternoon at the Playground. Please mark in your respective calendars;


3. Additional lamp posts will be installed before April 1; and


4. Street signs will be installed before April 1;

As to concerns expressed regarding leaking walls and ceilings, the BOD is in the process of bringing this matter to the developer, ABQ & Sons Realty & Development Corporation.
