1. All residents are expected to assist in keeping the surroundings in the subdivision clean. The streets and the sidewalks immediately fronting their property should be kept clean and properly maintained by the homeowner.
2. Waste segregation (separation of garbage/solid waste from degradable and bio-degradable) is a must.
3. Janitorial cleaning activities will be focusing on the subdivision entrance, subdivision streets within the vacant lots and common areas.
4. Sidewalk greens shall be kept trim and tidy. Absolutely no throwing of trash/littering along the subdivision streets.
5. Dumping of garbage along the streets and vacant lots is strictly prohibited. The penalties for dumping of garbage along subdivision streets and vacant lots are as follows:
a) First Offense - Non-collection of garbage and correction of offense within 48 hours.
b) Second Offense - Fine of P500.00 to be billed to the homeowner/resident and correction of offense within 48 hours.
c) Third and Final Offense - If no correction has been done within 48 hours, fine of P1,000.00 to be billed to the homeowner.
Non-payment of penalties and/or refusing to correct the offense would mean suspension of member privileges.
6. Urinating in public or in any undesignated places is strictly not allowed. Violators shall be imposed with the following penalties:
First Offense P500.00
Second Offense P1,000.00
Third Offense P1,500.00
Fourth Offense Suspension of privileges
7. The association abides by R.A. 9003 on solid waste segregation.
